- Pick up Monday, Wednesday and Friday (early morning pick
up)
- Trash must be left out after dark only and never during
daylight
hours. The City of Boston will assign a fine for
trash left out
during daylight hours.
- Trash must be placed in colored tightly-sealed trash bags
that
do not leak.
- Trash must be placed out regularly and never stored in the
apartment.
- Trash must be placed with tenant's trash on curb.
- Trash must never be placed in common corridors or fire
escape.
- Any trash that spills or falls in the common
corridors during
transport must be immediately cleaned.
It is strongly recommended that tenants adhere to the following
guidelines that pertain to building security.
- Main entrance must never be left open or unlocked.
- Tenants must identify all visitors to the building prior to
their
admittance to the building.
- Keys may never be left outside the building for
deliveries or
